Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the parcel at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection via our portal.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
